Shipping policy

Overview

• Processing times: Orders are packed within 1–2 business days; orders placed after 5 PM IST process the next business day.

• Delivery timelines: Standard shipping delivers in 3–7 business days; expedited options deliver in 1–3 business days where available. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

• Shipping fees: Standard shipping is ₹[X]; free shipping on orders over ₹[threshold]. Expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Service areas: We currently ship across India; no shipments to P.O. boxes or restricted pin codes. International shipping is not yet available.

• Order tracking: A tracking link is emailed/SMS’d at dispatch; tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

• Delivery issues: For missing, delayed, or damaged parcels, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll file a claim and resolve within 5–7 business days.

• Taxes and duties: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST for domestic orders; no additional duties within India.

• Address changes/cancellations: Requests can be accommodated before dispatch only; once shipped, changes aren’t possible. Please review address details at checkout.

• Warm-weather and food safety: To protect product quality during extreme heat or holidays, dispatch windows or methods may adjust; any changes will be noted at checkout.
